How pricing works
One yearly plan for your whole group, based on how many chapters you have. No per-member fees, and no add-ons to work out.
What's included
- The member portal for every chapter
- A chapter website for every chapter that wants one
- Organization reporting and admin tools
- Setup: your brand, categories and point values
- Importing members and referral history, and training each chapter's leader
- Hosting, security, backups, support and new features as they're released
How it's priced
A yearly agreement with your organization, priced by the number of chapters. Chapters added during the year join at a set price for the months that are left. Members never pay anything to Ecoferral.

Every group is a little different: how many chapters, whether chapters want websites, and how much history there is to import. Tell us about yours and we'll put together a simple yearly plan.

Is there a setup fee?
Setup, import and leader training are included in the yearly plan.
Can a single chapter use Ecoferral?
Yes. Tell us about your chapter and we'll suggest the simplest plan.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It's yours. You can export it at any time.
