1-to-1s, points and monthly reports

Members log their 1-to-1s, earn points for referrals, check-ins and guests, and redeem perks other members offer. On the first of each month every member gets a report of referrals given, received and closed, as a PDF and a short summary to share.

Private by design

A referral's contact details are seen only by the giver, the receiver and their chapter leader. Totals and leaderboards are shared; names and phone numbers are not. The organization sees aggregates only.
