A website for every chapter, kept up to date by the portal

Every chapter can have a modern, fast website on its own domain. Members, meeting details, speakers, open seats and thank-yous come straight from the portal, so the site is never out of date.

A chapter website with its next speaker (sample data)

Always current

  • The member directory, with each member's privacy choices respected
  • The next meeting, a list and month calendar, and the speaker schedule
  • Live numbers: referrals passed and business closed
  • Categories the chapter needs, each with an "apply for this seat" link
  • Thank-yous from members, approved by the leader

Visitors become guests

Visit and contact forms go straight to the chapter leader, and visitors appear in the portal's guest list. A visitor can pick the member who invited them, and that member is credited.

Edited by the chapter leader

Banner, sections and their order, FAQ, photos, articles, menu, social links and a meal dues page. No web skills needed, and nothing to update or patch.

Search-ready

Each page has the details search engines read, a sitemap, and redirects from the chapter's old website addresses, so links people already have keep working.

Questions

Can a chapter use its own domain?

Yes, for example preyork.com. Chapters without one get an address under their group's name.

Can a chapter use its own analytics?

Yes. Each group's Tag Manager runs on its chapter websites, and a chapter on its own domain can add its own container.
