A 1-to-1 is a short meeting with another member to learn each other's business and who makes a good referral.

  1. On Home, tap Log a 1-to-1.
  2. Choose who you met with and the date.
  3. Tap Log 1-to-1. You both earn points, and they're told you logged it.

Worth a 1-to-1 on Home suggests members you trade referrals with but haven't met yet, then members you haven't connected with.
